AS A BASEBALL FAN I AM PUZZLED BY THE LACK OF FELLOW FANS USING THIS HUGE WONDERFUL SITE ALL ABOUT BASEBALL. BEING ABLE TO ACCESS GAMES EITHER AS A PLAY BY PLAY FROM THE ARCHIVES OR A INNING BY INNING RECAP OF GAMES FROM YEARS PAST. I CONSIDER THIS AS A TREASURE OF B.B. INFO

I need to post a correction. DAVID ORTIZ pep talk was in 4th game of WORLD SERIES not the playoff game against TIGERS as my previous post I apologize for this error. maybe the curse has rubbed off on me. BASEBALL GREATEST GAME THERE IS. AS BABE RUTH said-- only real game.Eat your heart out NFL NBA

As upset as i was the next day and needed to find a quiet spot i have aiways wondered WHY NOThave a player that could have given a david ortize

The next day i sought a quiet place to get over the shock of the 8th inning meltdown thanks to BARTMAN. But why not have a spark ignitor the next game such as David Ortiz did for the Red Sox in that critical play off game against tigers. I mean come on CUBS YOU STILL had game 7 that you could have won. Well i guess there really is a CURSE WELL

This was my birthday and i was so excited that the CUBS were just 1 game from finally going to the world series. The excitement grew and grew as the 8th inning started. CUBS NOT IN SERIES since 1945.Finally i thought about to happen. All fans know what happened. the next day i was off form work and just had to find a quiet place to get over loss.

this is the Bartman game. fast-forward to the 8th and you can still hear the echoes of Cubs' fans breaking hearts.
