who were the managers of each team? I am baffled of how johnny gray could pitch a complete game and his arm did not fall off, and how a 4-1 game could be played in 2:17.

i am the cousin from Iowa. We sat in the grandstand between third and home. Remember the American League rules regarding mustard on hot dogs.

My Grandfather From South Dakota Brought My Cousin From Iowa East On The Train From Sioux City IA To Reading PA And With My Father From Orwigsburg PA Attended This Game And We Remember The Two Third Basemen Who Played In The Game: Al Rosen For The Tribe And Jim Finigan For The A's, Who Left Philly The Following Year And Moved To Kansas City.
