my first mlb game.my dad took me I was 11 days shy of 9 years old,Orlando Cepeda who is my favorite all time player was on deck in the 1st inning.I asked my dad to go closer to field and he said ok.I yelled to him over and over to hit it out.I yelled Cepeda hit it out! Over and over. He did and it was a long long home run out over the monster. When he touched home he looked right at me. I will never forget it the #1 highlight for life.I later learned how Cepeda played for the kids and dedicated some much to kids.thank you Orlando Cepeda.
